Joe received a 2018 News and Documentary Emmy Nomination – Outstanding Lighting Direction and Scenic Design – for his work on The Farthest.
With a highly successful career in commercials, Joe is an experienced production designer. Now very well known for his work on films, Joe’s credits span the genres from period horror film, to contemporary comedy, picking up IFTA & EMMY nominations for his work along the way.
Recent work includes CROSSFIRE TV series for BBC starring Keeley Hawes for Dancing Ledge Productions and feature films; JOYRIDE starring Olivia Colman and WOLF (official selection TIFF) starring Lily-Rose Depp, George MacKay and Paddy Considine, for which Joe was nominated for an Irish Film and Television Award (IFTA) Best Production Design.
