About
Originally from Dublin, Ronan and Rob Burke grew up in the United States, Australia and Sweden. They have directed a broad range of television dramas, most recently, the first season of HARRY WILD, a murder mystery series starring Jane Seymour for Acorn/AMC, SPELLBOUND for Cottonwood Media/ZDF and CLEAN SWEEP, a dark thriller starring Charlene McKenna and Barry Ward produced by Shinawil/Element 8 for Sundance Now and ZDF.
Previously they directed the Emmy Award winning first season of the NETFLIX series FREE REIN and many cornerstone episodes of the gritty police drama RED ROCK for Element Pictures. They also worked on season 2 and 3 of the global hit series FIND ME IN PARIS which was produced by Cottonwood Media for ZDF / Disney France and HULU. In 2014 they made their feature film debut with STANDBY a romantic comedy starring Brian Gleeson and Jessica Paré and released a second feature in 2018, DAMO AND IVOR: THE MOVIE. They also received the IFTA for best short film for RUNNERS starring Aidan Gillen in 2010.
