Steve Saint Leger is one of Ireland’s best known writer/directors. In an international career spanning 20 years, his work is renowned for its spectacular battle/action sequences and extraordinary leading performances. In 2018 he was nominated for an IFTA as Best Director Drama for VIKINGS, the hugely popular MGM/History Channel fantasy drama series running for six seasons. Other notable TV drama includes BARBARIANS and the recently released, highly anticipated Vikings sequel, VIKINGS : VALHALLA.
Steve co-wrote and directed LOCKOUT, a futuristic thriller starring Guy Pearce and produced by Luc Besson / EuropaCorp. Critically acclaimed on release, it has become a cult online hit available worldwide on Netflix.
